Coach is at 7 am in the morning. Currently at LHR. Where can I get some sleep?

Seeking a Place to Rest at London Heathrow Airport?
Currently stranded at London Heathrow Airport and needing a place to catch some Z’s before your early coach? Avoid shelling out for a hotel and consider utilizing the seating areas at T2!
For a budget-friendly option, you can settle down at T2 arrivals in front of Cafe Nero Express (not the main Cafe Nero). Look for seats without armrests where you can stretch out and rest before your journey. While it may not be the most comfortable spot, it will suffice for a few hours of shut-eye.
If you’re worried about being kicked out, rest assured. Our fellow travel community member successfully spent the night there without any disturbances. Additionally, you might even find other travelers nestled in for a quick nap as well. Bon voyage!
What to Do When You Have an Early Morning Flight
Finding yourself at an airport with an early coach to catch can be tough. If you’re at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and don’t want to spend money on a hotel room, there are still options for finding some rest.
If you’re at Terminal 2, consider spending the night at the arrivals area. Look for seats in front of Cafe Nero Express (not the regular cafe nero). Some seats have no armrests, so you can lie down and catch some sleep – it may not be the most comfortable, but it’ll do the trick. It’s worth noting that they didn’t kick out the OP, and there were even other travelers sleeping there too.
