I have a flight from Manchester to Heathrow scheduled for 07:45, but the earliest train to Manchester Airport doesn’t arrive until 06:30.
Am I risking being late? Should I consider alternative travel options to ensure I arrive earlier?

Yes, it sounds like you’re cutting it really close. Ideally, you want to arrive at the airport at least 1.5 to 2 hours before your flight, especially for a domestic flight.
