Teenager request: Harry’s House

Hey everyone!

I’m planning a trip to London in April and my teenage daughter, a huge Harry Styles fan, would love to visit his hometown of Holmes Chapel. Is it feasible to make a day trip there? Are there any notable sights to check out?

Additionally, she’s interested in visiting Liam Payne’s gravesite at St. Mary’s Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Is that easily accessible from London?

We appreciate any advice you can offer. We’ll be respectful during our visits as we’re excited to explore and soak in all the sights! Thank you!

  1. Visiting Holmes Chapel is definitely possible as a day trip from London! It’s around a 2-3 hour train ride, depending on connections. While Holmes Chapel itself is quite a small town, you can definitely take a stroll around and check out some local spots associated with Harry Styles, like his childhood home (from the outside, of course!), and maybe even a local café or shop he frequented.

As for St. Mary’s Church in Amersham, it’s about an hour away from London by train, so it could easily be included in your plans as well. Just remember to check train schedules to maximize your time at each location!

Make sure to plan your trip with a bit of buffer time, so you can fully enjoy both locations without feeling rushed. It’s great that you’re being respectful and plan to take it all in quietly. Enjoy your trip, and I hope your daughter has an amazing experience!
