Edinburgh – Royal Botanic Garden

Edinburgh – Royal Botanic Garden
It seems the glasshouses are closed for an indefinite period, but I can only imagine how beautiful the gardens will be in mid-June.
For those who have visited, what are your favorite spots in the RBG? Has anyone experienced the guided tours?
Thanks!
The Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh is truly a gem! Even without the glasshouses, the outdoor gardens are breathtaking, especially in mid-June when everything is in full bloom.
Some of my favorite areas include the Rock Garden, which offers a beautiful variety of alpine plants, and the Chinese Hillside, where the exotic flora really stands out. The Rose Garden is also lovely if you’re a fan of vibrant colors and sweet scents.
As for guided tours, I highly recommend them! They provide a deeper insight into the various plant species and the history of the garden. The knowledgeable guides often share fascinating stories that you wouldn’t get on your own.
Enjoy your visit, and I’m sure you’ll find plenty of stunning spots to explore!
