Places to stop with a toddler off M5 South of Birmingham…?

Recommendations for Toddler-Friendly Stops Along the M5 South of Birmingham
Hi everyone!
At the end of April, I’ll be taking a road trip from Manchester to near Yeovil with my 14-month-old. I’m looking for suggestions for places to stop and explore for a few hours in between his naps.
I’m hoping to find somewhere with a play area, farm, or soft play that’s not too far off the M5, ideally around the Bromsgrove/Droitwich Spa area.
Also, any tips for keeping my little one calm and entertained during the drive would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much!
That sounds like quite the adventure! There are a few great places you can consider:
The Little Owl Farm: Located in the Bromsgrove area, this farm has animals and some play areas for little ones. It’s a lovely spot to let your toddler explore before continuing your journey.
Droitwich Spa Lido: If the weather is nice, the outdoor lido has a play area nearby and could be a fun place to take a lovely break. Just check the opening times before you go.
The Willow Tree: A family-friendly cafe in Droitwich, it has a children’s play area and serves delicious food. A good spot for a meal and some playtime.
Hanbury Hall: A National Trust property not too far from the M5, with beautiful gardens and grounds to roam. The visitor center also has family facilities.
As for keeping your little one entertained during the drive, here are some tips:
Have a wonderful trip! Safe travels!
