Railcard Question

Railcard Inquiry

My partner and I recently bought the Two Together Railcard, and I’m a bit confused about ticket purchasing. The details state “2 adults,” but it’s for a single journey. Do I need to buy one ticket for each of us, totaling £66, or does the railcard cover both of us with just one ticket for £33? That would be great, but it seems quite inexpensive.

  1. With the Two Together Railcard, you only need to purchase one ticket for both of you when traveling together. The Railcard will allow you to get a discount on the fare for both passengers, so you won’t be paying £66 for two tickets. Instead, you just need to buy one ticket that covers both of you, which will be at a discounted rate thanks to the Railcard. Make sure to indicate that you’re using the Two Together Railcard when purchasing your ticket. Enjoy your travels!
