I’m on the lookout for an all-day or multi-day train ride that departs from London, or routes accessible from the city, that will take me through the picturesque countryside and along the coast. I’m not interested in a narrated tour or any trips that make excessive stops. I’m hoping to find something similar to the Amtrak Coast Starlight on the West Coast, where I can relax, enjoy the views, and read. If you have any suggestions or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it!
