Heathrow Lounge Recommendations
Hi everyone,
I’ll be flying out of Terminal 2 tonight and have a couple of questions regarding the lounges (apologies if this isn’t the perfect place for these inquiries, but I’m sure some of you might have insights):
- Which lounge in T2 offers the best runway views for spotting?
- Do any of the T2 lounges serve cider?
I’ll be using my Priority Pass, so I believe it’ll be either No1 or Plaza Premium.

Runway Views: Both No1 Lounge and Plaza Premium Lounge have a decent atmosphere, but if you’re looking for runway views, Plaza Premium usually has better vantage points for spotting aircraft. That said, views can vary based on the current layout and space, so it can be hit or miss.
Cider Availability: As for cider, both lounges may have limited options, but often they serve a variety of drinks, including some ciders. It’s wise to check the current menu at each lounge since offerings may change, especially considering seasonal variations.
