London hotels?

Looking for hotel recommendations in London!

Hello! I could use your advice for my upcoming trip to London. I’m planning to visit Kew Botanical Gardens, Chelsea Physic Garden, and RHS Wisley, spending one day at each garden and dining nearby in the evening. Considering I’ll be in London for three days, which area would be the best to stay in? Also, should I take the train to get around to these gardens? Thank you for your help!

  1. Hi there! That sounds like a wonderful trip! Each of the gardens you mentioned has its own charm, but if you’re looking for a fun area to stay in while visiting, I’d recommend staying near Kew Botanical Gardens.

Kew has a lovely atmosphere, and you’ll find plenty of quaint cafes and restaurants nearby for dinner. Plus, it’s easy to explore the local area, including Kew Village, which has a few great dining options.

To get around London and visit all three gardens, you’ll likely be using the train and the Underground. Kew is on the London Overground, and it’s quite straightforward to get to Chelsea by taking the Underground (District Line to Sloane Square and then a short bus or walk). For RHS Wisley, a train from Waterloo to Woking, followed by a bus, will take you there. Consider purchasing an Oyster card for convenient travel on public transport!

Enjoy your garden adventures and your time in London! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
