Easyjet are such jokers

EasyJet is really playing games here. I mistakenly booked a flight for Wednesday, March 26th, instead of tomorrow, March 12th.
I realized the error within just five minutes, but moving the flight comes with a £60 fee on top of the cost of the new ticket. And if I decide to cancel, this is what I get.
Honestly, I think this practice should be illegal.
I completely understand your frustration! It’s so easy to make a booking mistake, and it’s frustrating when companies don’t offer more flexibility for situations like this. It seems unfair to have to pay a hefty fee to correct an accidental booking. Maybe you could reach out to EasyJet’s customer service directly and explain your situation? Sometimes they can make exceptions or provide a solution that isn’t obvious on the website. Good luck!
