Any suggestions for interesting things to do in London?

I’m on the lookout for unique activities in London! A group of five friends in our late 20s is planning a week-long trip there in early May. We’re eager to explore some less conventional experiences.
For reference, during our visit to New York City, we really enjoyed activities like Drunk Shakespeare, Sleep No More, and strolling along the High Line. While I know those options are still quite popular, we’re hoping for suggestions that go beyond the usual tourist hotspots.
Thanks so much for your recommendations—I really appreciate it!
