Pregnancy-Friendly Dining: Restaurants, Pubs & Afternoon Teas in London?

Hello everyone!

I’m heading to London next month with two friends, and I’ll be 15 weeks along by then. We’re on the lookout for places to eat that are pregnancy-friendly, including restaurants and pubs (ideally with a lovely ambiance and good non-alcoholic drink options) as well as spots for afternoon tea that accommodate pregnancy-safe dietary restrictions.

I would really appreciate your recommendations for venues with fantastic mocktails, a cozy atmosphere, and delicious food that I can enjoy without any worries (such as avoiding unpasteurized cheeses and raw fish). Extra points for any places that have a special touch, as this is a little pre-baby getaway for me!

Thank you so much in advance!
